HOW TO MAKE TRADITIONAL OF LOPIS CAKE
Lopis
is traditional food in Indonesia. In my home village this cake is very
favorite, every day seller of this cake was coming. Every place was different
to make this cake. Many people like this cake because have liquid brown sugar
as spices. So this time I would to make tutorial how to make lopis cake. Let’s
start.
The
first you needed ingredients to make it, you needed glutinous rice 1 kilogram
as the main ingredient, brown sugar 200 g as spices the lopis cake, graded
coconut 0,25 item to complete the lopis cake, and salt depends on you. If the
ingredients was complete the next is preparing all of.
Cooking
glutinous rice with the water until is half baked and next glutinous have been
wrap with the leaf of banana. And shape is like triangle and you have to remember
1 tablespoon glutinous every wrapping. Or long circle every one cup glutinous
