BLACK BUGINESSE STICKY RICE CAKE/KUE BUGIS KETAN HITAM




Hi!!! Guys this time there is a recipe of food that usually made in my village if again gathered together my family is BLACK BUGINESSE STICKY RICE CAKE. Yups of this cake are usually served in hot conditions with a cup of tea or hot coffee also in the morning. Imagine it already makes remember the hometown again so want to quickly go home hahahaha.

So for you I would gladly like to share recipes to make this very tasty cake.

But, first of all many materials that must be prepared are 300 Gram of White Glutinous Flour, 150 Gram of Black Sticky Flour, 150 Grams of Steamed Potato Then Then Unscrewed, 45 Gram Sugar Sand, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 300 Milli Santan (I Wear Instant Santan Hot Water, Warm), 1 1/2 Sdt Cooking Oil, Coconut core materials: 300 Gram Young Coconut Shell Cleansed the epidermis skin, 120 Gram Sugar Sand (Customized to Your taste), Salt to taste, 4 Pandan Leaf Sheets, 150 Ml Water.

Second step, we can mix sugar to white sticky rice flour. Then, Put the black sticky rice flour and give the salt. Stir well all dry ingredients.

Third Step, Put the mashed potatoes, knead gently with a spoon so the potatoes blend with the flour. Then, pour the warm coconut milk bit by bit while stirring with a spoon continued with the hand to flat ... ^^

Four Step, Add the cooking oil and knead it back up to calf. To cook oil is to make the dough not sticky. Once it's calm and not sticking it is ready to use ... Now make the point .. ^^

Next step, Prepare a clean container to make the core of  ya ... This time I want to make a white coconut trell aja, originally use brown sugar mixed with grated coconut sugar. After that, add the pandan leaves and water. Give enough salt to make it more tasty ...

Then,  Cook over medium heat until the coconut milk is a bit dry ... Do a tasting test ... Let it cool. Wear oil-smeared roses, pick up enough, round and then flatten, place on the bottom of the mold, press gently to solid, then add the coconut strand.

After that, Close it again with the bunny cake dough, in the same way, round it first flattened and hold over. After simply wearing a rose mold is continued with the usual model. So that the dough does not stick in hand, give the spread of cooking oil on the palm of the hand yes ... Guaranteed not stuck hahaha ... ^^

Next step, Place the buginesse cake on the cookie cake that has been smeared with cooking oi. Do not forget that the same sphere mending weighed.
