Today, i am gonna share information about one of the most delicious Indonesia Traditional Food that is Indonesian Chicken Soto or Indonesian Peoples says Soto Ayam and how to make it to be simple to cook.
every person in Indonesia must to know this food, because sell in almost in every food stalls in entire Indonesia region with cheap price. So, Anyone can buy it either a person with a lot of money or who only have money makeshift. hahahaha Peace bro!!!!
But, we can't buy it all the time because it can make money run out more faster then usually. So, why we can't make it in our home or your boarding house for the students with cheaper ingredients and can be purchased in the market. That more better than we always go out to the food stalls and order this food while waiting a long time. We are lucky if we can get it quickly, but if it has come all the way but Soto Ayam has turns out. you must to be up set or angry to your self hahahaha.
Well, now i will share information how to cook the Indonesian chicken soto or Soto ayam to you guys!!! so check this out!!!
The first thing, you must to do are prepare the ingredients. that are Chicken Appropriate tastes (I buy quater, But, the chicken as you wish), Water 800ml (or all you can do), Chicken Broth Spice, Indofood Instant Seasoning Soto, Leek, Toge, Cabbage, Tomato, Lime, White Noodle, Boiled eggs. And the Garnish are Chili Spicy, Celery and
fried Onions (if you have or you like).
The second step, you must to boil the chicken
with 800ml water and chunks of lime. Wait until the chicken is perfectly
cooked.
The third step, Sauté Indofood Instant
Seasoning Soto Ayam until fragrant. Then input the stir in the boiling water
and bring to a boil. (But, if don't like you can change the other instant seasoning).
The four step, After boiling input of
chopped onion and turn off the fire. That because i use fried onions
Then, wash all the vegetables.
Tata toge, sliced cabbage, chicken pieces, white noodles, tomato slices and
boiled eggs in halves. To avoid germs inside the vegetables.
After that, give garnish
pieces of Spicy Chili, Celery and fried onions. But, if don't like the fried onions or celery and spicy chili, because you are a person who does not like to eat spicy food just skip this step and change your ornament with the ingredients do you want.
And Finally, pour the soup soto, accompany with chunks of lime and warm rice.
Well, your Soto Ayam is ready to serve.
