On this occasion, because we are now in Ramadan so we will discuss one of the famous cuisine during Lebaran will arrive that is BURASA. Surely our ears are familiar with this complementary food. Well to create a special burasa for Lebaran following way:
First step, like usually prepare the ingredients are 1 ltr rice or it's up to you how much you want to provide rice, 1 ltr of coconut milk or 4 glasses of coconut milk, Salt, Bay leaves / Pandan leaves, Banana leaves / which have been dried to the brim provide as much as possible, Rope and Scissor.
Second step,Clean the rice first and wash it clean. So that the rice will not stink and stale quickly.
Third step, Boil the coconut milk with bay leaves/pandan leaves stirring until boiling.
Then, Steamed rice that has been cleaned together with coconut milk mixed with bay leaves / pandan leaves until half cooked (REMEMBER until the water is gone). hahaha
Next step, is place on a container to be wrapped in banana leaves that have been scissors to size. But cut it out do not while dreamily thinkin ex you, later instead your own finger you cut. Peace guys!!!
After that, Arrange the two or two can also be up to three face length ± 1½ fingers, the width of 1 thumb and tie at both ends and steam back ± 1 hour (keep the bonds unattached when cooking becomes bad).
Finally, If the leaves are flat and oily (shiny) marked buras ripe (the longer cooked the better), then Chill and serve with chili sauce.
If there can be served with Satay Spice Salad, Sweet Sate Satay, Meatballs, Coto, Dendeng Beef or Serundeng. Wow imagine it was made hungry especially if you've made a can-be before the meat is finished first hahahaha.
