HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SOTO

         Welcome to homemade food, friends. Do you know about chicken soup or chicken soto? yeah! CHICKEN SOTO is one of my favorite food. It is really tasty and delicious. Almost every side of our country (Indonesia) know it. We can know the taste just by the appearance. Here, I will show you the recipe about how to make Chicken Soto easily.
The ingredients are 1 tail chicken (meat that have cut and clean), cabbage 200 grams, sprout 200 grams, potatoes 4 pieces (fried or boiled), tomatoes 2 pieces, soun 50 grams (soak in warm water), poached eggs 3 grains, 2 liters of water, and fried onion sufficiently.
Next, for spices, we prepare some things such as 2 bay leaves, 2 lemongrass,  1 of trunk onion leaves (onion leaf slices), 25 grams galangal, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Next, the ingredients are mashed such as turmeric 5grams, ginger 15 grams, 3 cloves of onion, 2 cloves of garlic, candlenut 4 pieces, 2 tablespoons of salt, and ½ teaspoons pepper. For tools, we can use tools in the kitchen (use your own tools that you usually use).  After the things above ready, we can start to make Chicken Soto. Next, some steps that you can follow.
Firstly, saute all of the ingredients are mashed with oil until out the scent of fragrant.
Secondly,  boil the chicken into the pan along with the saute ingredients. Then add galangal, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, into a chicken stew earlier. Cook around 30 minutes until the chicken become tender. Add salt and pepper to taste into the broth boiling chicken. After the meat is quite soft, separate meat chicken from the bone, then returned the bones into in pan. Wait until the broth boil, then add  onion leaf slices.
Last steps, during wait the broth boil, prepare soun, slice of cabbage, sprouts, slices potatoes, slices eggs, tomatoes and chicken meat that have separate from bones into a bowl fast. Then, garnish those depend on your taste.  After the broth boil,  flush  the ingredients in a bowl with the broth soup. Don’t forget to sprinkle the fried onion on the broth. Then, The chicken soto is  ready to eat.
