How to Make Soto Ayam






This is the second recipe and how to make Soto Ayam. The ingredients we need, those are 500 gr chickens chest, 250 or cabbage, 250 gr soun,  items chicken's egg, 2 slices bay leaf, 2 slices orange's leaf, 4 sheets of Leek, 1 lemongrass. 1 segment galangal, 2 orange, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp broth powder.

After prepare the main ingredients, we need also to prepare the flavour. Those are 2 segmentz ents grilled turmeric, 1 segment grilled ginger, 1 tsp Coriander, 5 candle nut,  5 cloves onion, and 5 cloves garlic.

After prepare the ingredients and the flavour, we move to the first step to make Soto Ayam. Boiled the chicken with galangal and Lemongrass, add some water, and wait until it cooked and until the water boiled. And then, boiled the soun untill it cooked and boiled the chicken's eggs also until it cooked (different place with soun). After that, blend the Flavour untill smooth. Then  heat the oil, saute the flavour until its fragrant and put also the Orange's leaves, bay leaves, and the lemongrass into it.

And then strain the broth, set aside the boiled chicken's chest then slice the chicken into small size and put it in the different place. And then re-enter the broth, add the flavour (that we have made previous) to the boiled water and put in the leeks also with it.

Then add the Salt, broth powder and sugar (suitable with your desire). After that slice the cabbage or cauliflower. And Put it into a bawl. And then, put in the Soun, small sizes chicken also then put those are into the same bowl with the cauliflower. After that, Put a boiled egg, fried union, and add liquid citrus (if you want / optional). And then the Soto Ayam is ready to reserved.
